Bio During my life I have been involved in many sports; mountain biking, tennis, badminton, cricket and athletics but my main focus has always been on playing football. So with my life-long passion for all things sport related and my love of people, it was only natural that my career would be in the world of fitness. With 15 years experience and also being a member of Wellington Health & Fitness Club since 2004, I have a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise. This gives me a unique insight into how to best utilise all of our fabulous facilities and equipment, ensuring each member receives the best possible bespoke plan to help them reach and maintain their goals. I believe that with the right help and guidance, anyone can achieve their desired fitness goals. With encouragement, partnership and effective individually prescriptive, targeted training, coupled with a healthy ‘everything in moderation’ lifestyle, you will feel better both mentally and physically and not a fad diet in sight! With a special interest in strength and resistance training, you will find me at many points during the day teaching TRX and Functional Strength training in the Qube so come along and join me! |
